Up to three days prior to check-in, we collect via bank deposit of BGN 500 for damages. It will be restored within 2 days after check-out, if there are no permanent damage to the furniture, furnishings, interiors or other assets of the villas has been caused. In all other cases of damage, broken or damaged property, it is not subject to repair, but is sent at the expense of the guests to their address, as the property is paid in full. In the case of damage to fixed assets such as walls, stairs, front doors or windows, the full amount of the damage and the cost of installation / repair shall be paid.
